Delete your Fia account

1. Delete in the app

1.1Open Fia, then go to Settings and choose Delete account.

1.2After you confirm your Google account, Fia deletes your Fia account and the records linked to it on our server, and erases Fia's data on that phone.

1.3Your Google Drive backup is not removed. Section 4 explains how to remove it.

2. No longer have the app? Send a request

2.1Email privacy@clarenlabs.com from the Google email address you use to sign in to Fia.

2.2Use the subject "Delete my Fia account" and say that you want your Fia account and associated data deleted.

2.3We verify that the request comes from the account holder, then delete the data and confirm when it is done. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If you cannot access your sign-in email, contact us for help verifying ownership.

2.4Requests are handled manually. Opening this page or the email draft does not delete your account. Never send a Google password, verification code or payment-card details.

3. What we delete

3.1Your Fia account's Firebase Authentication record, including its name, email address, profile-photo reference and account identifier.

3.2The records on our server linked to your account: Paid Plan and entitlement records, your AI credit balance and your Fia AI usage records. Promo-code redemptions are anonymised so they can no longer be linked to you.

3.3We keep purchase and invoice records for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require, and data needed to prevent fraud or meet legal obligations. If this affects your request, we explain what is kept and why.

4. Copies you control

• Data on your phone or tablet: use Android Settings, Apps, Fia, Storage, Clear data, or uninstall Fia. This removes local tasks, sessions, settings and imported files. Back up anything you want to keep first.
• Google Drive backups: remove Fia backup files from your Google Drive and empty the Drive trash if you want them permanently removed. You can also remove Fia's access in your Google Account's third-party connections. Email support@clarenlabs.com if you need help finding a backup.
• Exports and shared copies: remove files from the places where you saved or shared them.

5. What stays separate

5.1This deletes your Fia account, not your Google account.

5.2Deleting your account ends any active Fia Plus pass without a refund. Refunds follow clarenlabs.com/refunds.

5.3Google keeps its own records, such as Google Play transactions, under its own policies.

6. Other data requests

To delete emails you sent us or other personal data without deleting your Fia account, email privacy@clarenlabs.com and describe the data concerned.
