Delivery Policy
This policy explains how Claren Labs delivers what you buy on clarenlabs.com. Claren Labs is the trading name of Deepak Airy, a sole proprietor in India.
1. Digital delivery only
1.1Claren Labs sells digital services only: Fia Plus for 1 month (₹89) and Fia Plus for 1 year (₹750), one-time passes for the Fia app that do not renew automatically.
1.2Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.
1.3Your purchase is linked to the Fia account you choose at checkout. Fia accounts use Google sign-in.
2. When you get access
2.1Your plan is activated after Cashfree Payments confirms your payment, usually within a few minutes.
2.2In rare cases, activation can take up to 24 hours.
2.3Open Fia while signed in to the same account and connected to the internet to start using Plus.
2.4Your payment receipt is sent to the email address you give at checkout.
3. If something goes wrong
3.1If your plan is not active within 24 hours, email billing@clarenlabs.com with your transaction reference.
3.2If we cannot activate it within 3 business days of your report, you receive a full refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy at clarenlabs.com/refunds.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) at checkout and include applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise.
